Couldn’t recommend warmer. Dr.Chua is so incredibly kind, always felt taken care of. She was recommended to me by a friend and now I know why. The whole staff is incredibly kind and gentle and considerate. The whole procedure went very smoothly, and I am so thankful to my Dr. Chua and the nurses for making me feel at ease and taken care off.
Dr. Wolff and his entire team are absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, compassion, and professionalism. The receptionist, the nurses who took our vitals, the anesthesiologist, and everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and well taken care of. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients, and that level of care makes such a difference. We are so grateful for the exceptional treatment we received and would absolutely return. This was truly the best experience I have ever had in a medical situation, especially as a WOC. As someone who has never had surgery before, I was an absolute nervous wreck coming in, but the entire staff made what felt like a terrifying situation completely relaxing for me. Dr. Valerie Antoine-Gustave is amazing as always! I am so grateful for her throughout my entire journey to getting healthy. She is just so warm, caring, and full of light. Dr. Singh, the anesthesiologist, was incredible. Having never had anesthesia before, I was terrified, but he talked me down from freaking out. He was so kind, sympathetic, and relieved so much of my stress. Nurse Alph was also amazing! The way he inserts a needle! He needs to teach a class! He did such a fantastic job that I didn’t feel a single thing, and it was quick and easy. That man deserves a raise! I wish I had gotten the names of the entire nursing staff and front desk because every single person was so compassionate and attentive. I walked in terrified, but it turned out to be the easiest process imaginable. Thank you to everyone at Liberty Endoscopy Center, God bless you all! -Shada
