I wanted to give a big shout out to Carilyn! (Please lmk if I misspelled the name and I will fix it up). A couple days before my procedure, she rang me to explain exactly what to expect in terms of benefits, insurance, prices, and payment options. Everything was explained accessibly and in such a friendly way! It was like having a secret friend that understands the world of insurance and walks you through everything without you having to lift a finger. She was so helpful in addressing all of my questions and I really can’t believe how easy she made this part of getting healthcare. What a gem of a person! Post-procedure update: Carilyn was just the tip of the iceberg. Everyone from intake staff to physicians were absolutely top-notch. wish all life’s experiences were this smooth and enjoyable (who knew such a phrase could even apply to an invasive med procedure?? 🙂 ).

Dr. Martin Wolff, anesthesiologist Dr Park, and GI technician Harry Rolon are a dream team. My experience with them could not have been better. The idea of getting my first colonoscopy gave me crippling anxiety, but this team made me feel comforted and supported in an almost unbelievable way…not your average NYC medical practice. I have already referred 2 friends to Dr Wolff’s office and my procedure was yesterday.
