I was quite nervous for my first endoscopy. The staff at Liberty Endoscopy were so wonderful and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everything was explained to me clearly and I never once felt confused about anything. When I awoke, I felt like nothing happened, it was incredible how painless the procedure was. I recommend Liberty Endoscopy as highy as I can.
Liberty Endoscopy Center is simply amazing. I scheduled my colonoscopy with Dr. Glick and everything was simply perfect. Scheduling, explaining all the details, the care of making me feel valued and appreciated was top notch. Everyone from the time you walk in, welcome you with a smile and you can tell that it teamwork makes it all happen. My doctor was funny and made sure to explain all the gory details. Also Chandri, and Stefy took really good care of me. Dr. Park the anesthesiologist was dope too and cracked a few jokes which really made me laugh. I never knew that getting colonoscopy would be a wonderful experience but it was everyone involved that made it perfect. Thank you to the amazing staff at Liberty Endoscopy Center. You all rock.

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff at Liberty. From start to finish they made the entire endoscopy process as comfortable as possible. I would like to specifically thank Geeta for being so great in post-op, Dr. Park for being so helpful walking me through my first time getting anesthesia, and of course Dr. Wolff for diagnosing & treating the issue in addition to the procedure itself. Highly recommend!
The hype is real! I had an endoscopy here yesterday and it was truly a great experience. I am the biggest baby when it comes to medical things, usually pass out with needles, and haven’t been sedated in over 20 years. So I was pretty nervous, but all of the staff were incredible. The nurses were attentive and cheerful and Dr. Park walked me through every step of the anesthesia, he was awesome. I felt totally comfortable and in good hands every step of the way.
I was a bit nervous and maybe a little delirious from the constant bowel movements caused by the colonoscopy prep drink and no food for nearly 24 hours. I thought the snowstorm would cause my procedure to be canceled but no, everyone was in the office when I called at 7:45 am. I was helped immediately on arrival by Raven at the front desk and did all the paperwork and changed into a fresh surgical mask. The waiting area was spaced out for social distancing with hand sanitizer placed on tables. I had my required covid test on Monday. The prep nurse Geeta took me back and explained everything, took my vitals, and attached my IV. Don’t forget to remove your wedding rings. Then Dr. Valerie Antoine-Gustave came in to go over the process which we had discussed on the telemedicine call. Then Dr. Daphne Pierre-Paul came in to explain the anesthesia. I was definitely loopy by then and thought she said something about it affecting my teeth but she was talking about removable dentures, which I don’t have. I have metal braces. Once in the room, I also met Rene Mendoza who is the GI Tech. I don’t remember anything after the heart monitors were attached and the drugs started. I woke up to see Verna in the recovery area who explained all my after care, got my some pretzels and my Gatorade that I’d brought. She also called my husband to pick me up. All in all, I was in and out in 2 hours with zero issues and no polyps. Everyone was kind and professional and made what I thought was a scary experience as painless as possible. Thank you Raven, Geeta, Verna, Rene, Dr. Antoine-Gustave and Dr. Pierre-Paul.
Had a great experience with Liberty Endoscopy. Pre-op nurses Stepy & Geeta and post-op nurse Chandini took great care and made the whole experience effortless. Hospitality, professionalism and patient care at its best. Keep up the great work!!!
I still have to go for my procedure, but I had the BEST experience today with Carlyne, the benefits specialist extraordinaire. As I was reading the packet of information I was given leading up to my procedure, I had a variety of questions regarding my insurance. I sent her an email, to which she responded by calling me directly. She was extremely patient and kind, and at the end of the day she went out of her way to assist me when I became frustrated at discrepancies in my insurance that had nothing to do with Liberty. I greatly appreciate the time she took with me, and her assistance was invaluable. Thank you!
